Contract law

A contract is a legally binding agreement between two parties.  Contract Law is used to take action when a contract has been broken.  Whilst most people think of contracts exclusively as written agreements, contracts can also be spoken or verbal and these are still enforceable providing there is sufficient evidence to corroborate the substance and agreement of the contract.
